How to Add a PDF File to a Kindle
Here are four techniques that I've found for getting a PDF file onto a Kindle® device.
1. Connect the Kindlle to a Computer (USB cable)
2. Send to Kindle by E-mail
3. Use the "Send To Kindle" App on either a Mac or a Windows computer
4. Use a third-party app such as "Calibre," a comprehensive e-book management tool.
These are several articles that discuss these various techniques. (I'm sure that there are others.)

"Calibre" is available for computers running Windows (32-bit & 64-bit), macOS, or Linux, for portable devices (USB), and for cell phones & tablets running Android or iOS.
