Alabama Uke Fest

Held annually at Lake Guntersville ― except for 2020 & 2021 which was a "virtual" due to COVID-19 ― this gathering of ukulele players and family members is like a large family reunion at a scenic destination. This page consolidates all the song sheets that I've collected that relate to the Alabama Uke Fest since I began playing the ukulele in January 2018.
The festival is sponsored by the Ukulele Band of Alabama and has both a web page, Alabama Uke Fest, and a Facebook page, Alabama Uke Fest. Music for the Ukefest is available at Alabama Uke Fest - Music, and is sometimes mirrored at this site as in 2020. A Handbook is also published annually for participants; this is the copy from 2019: Ukefest 2019 Handbook.pdf.
Many of the web pages below include links to individual songs and YouTube links.

Three songs that Theresa would like to lead. Please bring paper copies or load 'em onto your tablet / phone / etc.
All three songs in one compressed file:
May 8
Happy Mother's Day to all our moms.
A few minor changes have been made to the song sheets during our session at the Senior Center on May 4th. These can be made by "pen and ink" or you can download a fresh update of the songbook and the songs.
The changes:
Sweet Georgia Brown: Omit the C7 at the end of the second verse (transitioning into the Outro)
Blue Hawaii: BPM at 100. And the last two chords should be a "slide".
Love is a Rose: Move the C chord from "town" to "western" in the second verse, and added four downstrokes to "mine".
Deep in the Heart of Bama: Omit "| G7" in Intro, and in the last line play the G7 and C as single strokes (G7 ↓ C ↓).
Here's the new songbook: Alabama Uke Fest 2022 Song Book_2022-05-08.pdf
And here are the new song sheets:
Finally, compressed files containing the word processing files and the pdfs:

There are YouTube links on each page but here are a few that may help in your individual practice:
Sweet Georgia Brown by Brother Bones & His Shadows (basis for the Harlem Globetrotters theme song)
Sweet Georgia Brown by the Sheet Music Singer (Fred Feild) (full version)
Blue Hawaii by Elvis (1961)
Love is a Rose by Linda Ronstadt (1975) from "Greatest Hits"
Deep in the Heart of Texas by Perry Como with Ted Weems and His Orchestra (December 9, 1941; charted with a peak position of No. 23)
April 15
An error in "Blue Hawaii" was discovered. The fourth line should read "There should be love." This can be a pen-and-ink change or a new page can be printed. Here is the updated page plus an updated songbook:
April 2
Changes to two song sheets have been made. There were alignment issues with "Sweet Georgia Brown" but while I was in the file, I added a couple of turnarounds from 1925 sheet music that I recently discovered.
There was an issue in the first line of "Blue Hawaii" (the location of the chord change to "C"). A couple of minor typographical changes were also made and I added the key and tempo to the versions by Elvis (Ab @ 82) and Bing (A @ 86).
The addition of key and tempo was made to "Love is a Rose" (C @ 145). This addition can be made by pen-and-ink to any existing printout of this song sheet.
